Welcome to JoinedupConsulting
JoinedupConsulting is a Midlands-based independent company formed in 2009 by Simon Hobbs. Simon’s passion has always been to make a difference within organisations, partnerships and communities. Our value system is all about making positive and lasting change in people’s lives and their communities.
JoinedupConsulting helps public sector bodies, not-for-profit organisations and voluntary and community groups tackle the issues they really find challenging - especially those joined-up problems which need joined-up solutions.
We all work in a very tough environment and that’s not going to change. Whether you are a commissioner, deliver services or work in a partnership, the pressure seems unremitting. Resources, thinking time and experienced people are now all at a premium and confidence and capacity can be low. Yet the need to make a positive impact within the community has never been greater.
Typically joined-up problems demand a high level of innovation and need buy-in from multiple stakeholders. That’s where Simon comes in as he specialises in developing joined-up solutions. Crucially, he is an expert in engaging and mobilising the right people to make change happen. By operating across a wide range of policy and delivery arenas he finds the synergies to help deliver lasting change.
You may have a temporary capacity issue, need help to reframe your thinking, or need to prototype a new approach. If you need facilitation support Simon is skilled in working with people to build consensus and find solutions. If it’s detailed implementation resources you need, Simon is also a specialist in project planning, delivery and performance management.
All of this in one package? It’s unusual, but that’s where the power of 35 years’ cross-cutting experience and a joined-up perspective comes in. Please take a look at What We Do and the Case Studies pages for more information about how we make a difference.
JoinedupConsulting is nimble and responsive, and we give you our full attention in order to provide top quality support. We will tailor a support package to your needs at an affordable price. The starting point is normally a free informal discussion about the issues you want to move on, so please get in touch.
